Founded by a Black woman inspired by traditional beauty rituals and natural ingredients, our skincare line began with a mission: to create effective, deeply nourishing products that honor diverse skin needs and celebrate all complexions.
Each formula is handcrafted with rich, exotic butters, botanical oils, and plant-based extracts — carefully chosen to nurture the skin and support its natural balance.

SONDRA McDONALD
By the time I reached my 40s, the skincare products I once trusted no longer delivered the results I needed. My skin became unpredictable—dry patches appeared, and the healthy glow I once had seemed to fade. Nothing on the shelves truly worked.
So, I decided to take matters into my own hands.
I wasn't sure what the solution would be, but I knew there had to be a better way to care for my skin. I turned to tradition—exploring family remedies, folk wisdom, and time-honored beauty rituals—infusing those insights into my early formulations.
What started as DIYing soon became a deeper passion. I pursued formal training in skincare formulation and uncovered a truth that changed everything: just because a product claims to be natural doesn't mean it truly is.
And that's when DELOSIA MONTERO™ was born—rooted in tradition, backed by knowledge, and created to nourish the skin with integrity.
